The official Local Procedures for WWGC 2025 have just been added to the Documents section. We kindly remind all participants, that the dead line for submitting official entries, payment of entry fee and submitting NAC nomination forms is 31.3.2025

Official entries for the 13^th FAI Women´s World Gliding Championships are now open.

All pilots and team captains must complete the online Entry Form available on this website. Additionally, each competing NAC is required to submit a Nomination Form to officially nominate their team pilots and team captain. Please note that the deadline for submitting Official Entries and the NAC Nomination Form is 31st March 2025.

The Entry Form includes an option to upload your personal and glider documents. While this does not need to be completed before the submission deadline, it will be required before registration on site. To change/add data to the Entry Form, please use the password sent to you by email after the entry form is submitted.

First information

Welcome to the official website of the 13^th FAI Women´s World Gliding Championships that will take place at Zbraslavice Airfield between July 26^th and August 9^th, 2025.

As the organizer of 9^th WWGC in 2017 we are excited to welcome again the world’s best female glider pilots to Zbraslavice and look forward to an exciting and competitive championship!

Please find all initial information in Bulletin No. 1 which is available in the DOCUMENTS section, where you will also find all of the future documents.

Entries will open by the end of the year 2024 and all entries are due by March 31^st, 2025. Entries need to be submitted using a form on this website. To confirm the entry, each NAC needs to complete a NAC Nomination Form (also in DOCUMENTS section) and submit it by email before March 31^st, 2025.

Alongside the official entry, each NAC needs to report just the expected number of entries by email before January 31^st, 2025. These numbers are non-binding and will be used for estimation only.
